Leo Grilli
I’m a Product & UX Design candidate with a background in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano, where I focused on UX, information architecture, and visual systems. My approach is grounded in structuring clear, intuitive digital experiences.
I’ve applied this mindset in real-world contexts, managing a hotel’s online presence and designing covers for digital-first publications, translating ideas into consistent, user-centered outputs.
Alongside design, I’ve worked as a chef in the U.S., which sharpened my ability to operate under pressure, maintain precision, and think systemically about end-to-end experiences.
I also work with front-end tools like Framer, enabling me to prototype and build with an understanding of implementation. I actively use AI tools to accelerate iteration and explore solutions efficiently.
I’m now focused on launching my career in product design, bringing a strong UX foundation, systems thinking, and a hands-on approach to building effective digital products.
